Job summary

Protech Staffing Services, Inc. is hiring a Cycle Counter / Bin Repair Associate for a first-shift warehouse role in Redlands, CA. The position combines inventory control, bin location tracking, pallet repair, and forklift operation to support accurate and efficient warehouse operations.

Pay ranges from $18.50 to $18.75 per hour, depending on experience. Typical shift is 6:00 a.m. to 2:40 p.m. with one opening. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• Previous inventory control experience.
• Proficiency operating a turret truck / swing-reach machine.
• Ability to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts and a cherry picker.
• Ability to repair waterfall pallets and accurately track bin locations.
• Experience loading trucks and moving materials safely.
• Strong attention to detail when counting products, recording information, and verifying locations.
• Ability to follow instructions, communicate discrepancies, and manage daily tasks efficiently.
• Commitment to safe equipment operation and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and verify physical inventory against inventory records.
• Accurately record and update bin locations to support inventory accuracy and efficient product retrieval.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and report findings for review and resolution.
• Repair waterfall pallets and assist with bin repairs as needed.
• Operate a turret truck / swing-reach machine as a primary responsibility.
• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts and a cherry picker to retrieve, move, and position materials.
• Load trucks and place materials securely and accurately.
• Check equipment before use and report damage, malfunctions, or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of counts, material movements, and completed repairs.
• Keep work areas clean and organized while following warehouse safety procedures.
