Job summary

UFP Industries, Inc. is seeking a Cycle Counter Clerk in Chandler, AZ to track and manage inventory across materials. You will document counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accounting records reflect accurate data with strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Requires a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in inventory control or related area.
• Working knowledge of inventory internal controls and company procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of lumber math, lumber grades and species.

Responsibilities

• Counts and tracks physical inventory.
• Maintains accurate records of counts and frequency of counts.
• Communicates variances or inventory discrepancies to management.
• Records inventory counts in the accounting system.
• Investigates any inventory discrepancies and documents corrections.
• Ensures accuracy of the information in the system and compliance with internal controls.
• Prepares various reports and correspondence as required.
• Performs other duties as required.
