Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Cycle Counter to support our warehouse inventory accuracy. The role focuses on cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and reporting to ensure reliable stock data.

You will audit bin discrepancies, investigate missing items, and communicate issues with the Cycle Count Lead, aiming to improve overall warehouse efficiency. The position requires at least two years in inventory control or cycle counting, basic computer skills, and willingness to adjust schedules to meet department

Qualifications

• Two years inventory control and/or cycle counting experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Inventory Management preferred.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and RF Scanning.
• Understanding of warehousing and distribution practices including picking, packing and shipping.
• Willing to adjust schedule to manage department needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts accurately per schedules and straighten merchandise for picking.
• Update and print the initial cycle count report to verify accuracy.
• Audit and correct bin discrepancies from picking, putaway, losses, or pilferage.
• Investigate missing items and report losses and trends to management.
• Fill discrepancy sheets for issues fully traceable and report to Cycle Count Lead.
• Submit Cycle Count Report and Discrepancy Sheets to the Cycle Count Lead.
• Adapt to changes and multitask to manage competing priorities.
• Collaborate with others to achieve common goals and meet customer standards.
• Demonstrate initiative and integrity in daily responsibilities.
