Neogen is seeking a Warehouse Cycle Count Associate to maintain accurate inventory levels and support ongoing warehouse operations. This role requires attention to detail and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Shift is Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm, with responsibilities including cycle counts, variance analysis, and periodic physical inventories. Forklift certification is required or must be obtained.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; relevant warehouse experience within the last 5 years preferred.
  • Cycle counting/inventory control experience 1–3 years preferred.
  • Proficient in basic math and using ERP systems and email.

Responsabilités

  • Perform cycle counts based on schedule provided to Team Lead.
  • Perform cycle counts on Sales Force shipping errors where incorrect quantity is indicated.
  • Analyze variances, report conclusions, and recommend process improvements.
  • Work closely with Neogen employees during cycle counts.
  • Involvement in physical inventories.
  • Maintain a current valid forklift certification.

  • Perform cycle counts based on schedule provided to Team Lead
  • Perform cycle counts on Sales Force shipping errors, where incorrect quantity is indicated
  • Analyze the variances, report on conclusions, and recommend process improvements
  • Work closely with other Neogen employees, during the cycle counts
  • Will be involved in physical inventories
  • Maintain a current valid certification for forklift use.
  • Any other assignments or projects as given by team lead supervisor or manager

  • Education and Experience: Must have a High School diploma or equivalent; Relevant warehouse experience within the last 5 years; Recent experience with Cycle Counting/inventory control, 1-3 years preferred.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform routine, high school level mathematical operations.
  • Computer Skills: Experience with ERP, Microsoft Office Suite, and email.

Certifications

Must be able to be certified to operate warehouse equipment and maintain that certification.
