NRI is seeking an Inventory Cycle Counter to join our Fontana, CA warehouse team. You will support inventory accuracy across active product lines for our clients, counting in a fast-paced environment with safety and SOP adherence.

Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, 1st shift Monday–Friday 4:30 AM–1:00 PM. This on-site role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and comfort with a warehouse setting; strong detail, time management, and willingness to learn our WMS are essential.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Physical tolerance to dust, noise, heat, cold and other warehouse conditions.

A Day in the Life

As an Inventory Cycle Counter, you will play an important part of the Inventory team by ensuring accuracy of inventory counts. You’ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The Following Schedule Is Available For This Role

1st shift: Monday - Friday 4:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Starting Pay

$17.50 an hour

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• No previous warehouse experience is required but it is always a plus!
• Ability to learn our basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Must be a high-compliant and accurate individual
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities

The Must Haves

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.,
• walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.

Things You Will be Doing

• Accurately counting inventory, assist with audits and investigating variances in inventory.
• Following NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
• Performs other duties as requested.
