Job Overview

This team ensures that physical inventories are done accurately and professionally in our retail units. Delivering reliable inventory counts helps our stores and our customers.

This is a full-time job, with a 4-day work week.

*Most Fridays, Nights, Weekends & Major Holidays OFF!*

Occasional overnight stays required.

The home stores for this position are located in Louisville, KY area. Must live near this location or be willing to travel.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Working independently, responsible for physically counting merchandise in our stores, scanning the UPC, and entering the count on a handheld computer.
• Delivering exceptional service to our customers; using communication skills to effectively interact with store team members.
• Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in counting; tracking daily progress towards goals and receiving regular feedback.
• Exercising good judgment and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Participating in other auditing projects as opportunities arise to keep company leadership informed on store conditions and performance.
• Performing other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of general business math and bookkeeping
• Six months to one year of relevant training and experience
• Strong mental and visual ability to perform counts accurately
• Physical ability to stand and walk at least 95% of the time
• Physical ability to frequently lift and/or move objects between 10 and 30 lbs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
