Currently, Meijer is looking for an Inventory Crew Member. The goal of this team is to ensure accurate and professional physical inventories in our retail units. Reliable inventory counts help our stores and customers.

This is a full-time job, with a 4-day work week.

*Most Fridays, Nights, Weekends & Major Holidays OFF!*

The home stores for this position are located in Lakeshore, Michigan. Candidates must live near this location or be willing to travel.

Job Highlights:

Key responsibilities include:

• Independently counting merchandise, scanning UPCs, and entering counts on a handheld device.
• Providing excellent customer service and effective communication with store team members.
• Maintaining accuracy and efficiency, tracking daily progress, and receiving regular feedback.
• Using good judgment with confidential information and discretion.
• Participating in other auditing projects as needed to inform store conditions and performance.
• Performing other related duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with knowledge of business math and bookkeeping.
• Six months to one year of relevant training and experience.
• Strong cognitive and visual attention for product counts.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for at least 95% of the work time.
• Physical ability to frequently lift and move heavy objects.
