Job summary

PICS Inventory is hiring an Inventory Counter/Auditor for the Hazleton, PA area. You will count merchandise at retail sites, ensure accuracy, and support the inventory control process. Flexible part-time schedules and paid training are offered.

You must be 18+, have reliable transportation within 30 miles of the district office, and be willing to travel to different cities as scheduled. Starting pay is $17.00+ per hour, with raises based on productivity and additional responsibilities.

Phyle Inventory Control Specialists (PICS) is hiring new inventory auditors to be counters for retail merchandise around the Hazleton, PA area. We Offer:

• Paid training, flexible schedules, and the opportunity for advancement for our highly productive team members. Most of our managers began their career as inventory auditors.
• Paid transportation will be provided to any inventory outside of a 30 mile radius of your designated district office.
• Starting pay is $17.00+, depending on experience and responsibilities. Raises are given based on productivity. Higher pay is provided for employees with additional responsibilities (Driver, pharmacy counter, etc.). Personal Drivers receive pay for their time and mileage.
• Additional hours are available for Team Leaders, drivers, and employees who count in pharmacies.

Position Requirements:

• Be available to work first and/or third shifts. Shifts typically last 5 to 7 hours on average.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to inventory sites within a 30 mile radius of the district office.
• Each inventory is in a different city and will require the team to travel to the different destinations when scheduled.
• 10-key data entry (calculator) experience is a plus, but not required.
• Requires stepping up on step stools, reaching and stooping down to count merchandise from top shelves to bottom shelves.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
