Job summary

PICS Inventory is hiring Inventory Counter/Auditors to work in the Lancaster, PA area. The role involves traveling to different inventory sites, counting merchandise, and supporting a fast-paced team. Starting pay is $17.00+ per hour, with raises based on productivity and additional responsibilities.

Training is provided with opportunities for advancement. Shifts are typically 5 to 7 hours, with some roles offering additional hours for team leaders or drivers.

Qualifications

• 10-key data entry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to travel to inventory sites within a 30 mile radius.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Count retail merchandise at various sites as inventory auditor.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records within set timeframes.
• Work in a team to complete inventories efficiently and accurately.

• Paid training, flexible schedules, and the opportunity for advancement for our highly productive team members. Most of our managers began their career as inventory auditors.
• Paid transportation will be provided to any inventory outside of a 30 mile radius of your designated district office.
• Starting pay is $17.00+, depending on experience and responsibilities. Raises are given based on productivity. Higher pay is provided for employees with additional responsibilities (Driver, pharmacy counter, etc.). Personal Drivers receive pay for their time and mileage.
• Additional hours are available for Team Leaders, drivers, and employees who count in pharmacies.

Position Requirements:

• Be available to work first and/or third shifts. Shifts typically last 5 to 7 hours on average.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to inventory sites within a 30 mile radius of the district office.
• Each inventory is in a different city and will require the team to travel to the different destinations when scheduled.
• 10-key data entry (calculator) experience is a plus, but not required.
• Requires stepping up on step stools, reaching and stooping down to count merchandise from top shelves to bottom shelves.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
