Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience with inventory management systems.
• Solid understanding of business accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reconciliations and reporting.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Process and balance store use merchandise; adjust inventory and make GL entries.
• Process daily wires; prepare wire packets and process in bank.
• Handle price protections and vendor allowances in IPMS weekly.
• Process inventory adjustments (destructions, transfers, write-offs, variances).
• Maintain and modify reports reflecting daily sales and COGS; assist Inventory Control Manager on projects.
