Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Cost Accountant for a Seattle-based, hybrid role focused on inventory costing, COGS, and close process.

You will oversee daily inventory, cost analyses, and NetSuite configurations, partnering with operations to improve accuracy and drive cost improvements. 6+ years cost/inventory accounting in biotech/manufacturing preferred; NetSuite strongly preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cost accounting and inventory accounting experience in biotech or manufacturing.
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory and COGS accounting activities.
• Manage item maintenance and inventory costing in NetSuite.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Support month-end close activities related to inventory accounting.
• Analyze inventory reserves and cost variances.
• Partner with operations to improve inventory accuracy and costing processes.
