Luther Automotive Group is seeking an Inventory Coordinator - Lot Attendant to help manage a large vehicle inventory and ensure the lot runs efficiently. You will handle check-in, parking coordination, and vehicle detailing in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should bring a clean driving record, ability to pass a background check, and strong customer service and communication skills. This role supports a family-owned dealership with a focus on guest satisfaction and team safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage 1,000–1,500 vehicles year round.
• Complete a check-in process for reviewing & verifying conditions.
• Coordinate parking to maximize space.
• Prioritize multiple tasks with urgency and attention to detail.
• Ensure attendants follow company rules, safety and loss prevention policies.
• Perform bending, kneeling, walking or standing in all weather conditions.
• Clean and detail vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Position involves the management of 1,000–1,500 vehicles year round
• Completing a Check-in process for reviewing & verifying conditions
• Coordinating parking to maximize space
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, have a sense of urgency to complete projects and be detail oriented.
• Responsible for insuring all valet attendant follow company’s rules and regulations, safety and loss prevention policies.
• This position requires the ability to bend, kneel, walk or stand for long periods of time in all types of weather.
• 40 hours plus overtime.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.
• Clean and detail vehicles.
