Job summary

Ace Hardware in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support the Inventory and Customer Service teams. The role runs from S-Th 2:30p - 11:00p and requires strong administrative skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Inventory and Customer Service Department.

• Handle day-to-day admin tasks: calls, files, mail, supplies, and requests.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the distribution center.
• Build positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation Details:

$18.00 - $22.50 per hour.

Inventory Coordinator

S-Th 2:30p - 11:00p

What You’ll Do

• Primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the Inventory and Customer Service Department.
• Provide exceptional customer service toour internal team members,and our external customers.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, problem solve and work independently with an exceptional level of detail.
• Complete day-to-day administrative functions such as answering phone calls, organizing file systems, responding to department as well as internal and external requests, photocopying, handling mail, ordering supplies, etc.
• Complete various reports management as needed.
• Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with internal and external customers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the distribution center.
• Other duties as assigned.
