Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience is required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• Hands-on experience creating and using Excel pivot tables is required.
• Experience maintaining and managing spreadsheets.
• Experience in inventory control, warehouse, or inventory coordination.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to perform both administrative and hands-on warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate forklifts to move, stage, and organize inventory as needed.
• Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and inventory tracking reports.
• Create, update, and analyze Excel pivot tables.
• Monitor inventory levels and track incoming and outgoing materials.
• Verify inventory receipts, transfers, and shipments.
• Maintain organized warehouse storage locations.
• Work closely with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
• Ensure inventory transactions are accurately documented and entered into the system.
