Job summary

Sodexo is hiring an Inventory Coordinator at the Airport Dimensions-Sapphire Lounge by the Club. In this full-time role you will ensure inventory accuracy, allocate items timely, and support warehouse and food & beverage storage operations.

You will perform data entry for inventory systems, manage on-site storerooms, and work with suppliers to optimize stock levels. The position requires 1–2 years of experience, a high school diploma, and possibly a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years' experience in inventory, purchasing, or warehouse operations.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Forklift operation experience may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site storerooms: receive, verify, pack, sort and organize inventory.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, verify specs and pricing, coordinate with suppliers.
• Review discrepancy reports for credits or returns; resolve issues with relevant personnel.
• Monitor stock levels, ensure timely transfers and FIFO adherence.
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping in inventory systems.
• Maintain attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
