Wyld, headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, seeks an Inventory Specialist in Massachusetts (Orange) to document and track finished products within METRC and internal systems. You will coordinate inventory around packaging, testing, and sales fulfillment, and support sales reps as a point of contact.

A flexible schedule is required. In this non-exempt role, you’ll maintain inventory accuracy, perform daily audits, and collaborate with the Inventory Supervisor to plan packaging and transfers.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related inventory/logistics experience.
• Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, Google, Slack; Jira preferred.
• English communication proficiency (written and spoken).
• Occasional travel between buildings/sites.
• Background check required; 21+ age.
• ServSafe or Food Handler’s Card preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Must obtain all applicable state-required permits/licenses.

Responsabilités

• Document and enter inventory from production into METRC or state system.
• Clearly label all inventory and perform daily audits.
• Collaborate with Inventory Supervisor on levels and packaging planning.
• Log transfers from inventory to finished units.
• Fulfill orders and coordinate with sales representatives.
• Receive, stage and coordinate flow of raw materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized inventory vault and safe working environment.
• Communicate discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
