Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management processes and/or high-volume delivery coordination.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office, inventory management, and ERP software.
• Must be able to read and understand documents in English and communicate directions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a current and accurate cycle count of all finish goods inventory.
• Work with shipping, receiving and sales on discrepancies and verifications.
• Investigate missing inventory through research, physical searches, and system analysis.
• Update cycle count program and maintain inventory accuracy of finish goods.
• Operate a stand-up forklift to access and manage finished goods within the warehouse.
• Generate reports on missing items/lost items and inventory adjustments; escalate discrepancies as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to support safe working practices and meet inventory accuracy goals.
