Job summary

Curaleaf seeks an Inventory Coordinator in Litchfield, IL to oversee inventory movement, audits, and compliance across production and warehouse teams. You’ll partner with the Inventory Manager to maintain data integrity and support efficient operations.

The role requires attention to detail, at least 1 year in data management or inventory control, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and growth opportunities are offered in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in data management, inventory auditing, and working with inventory systems or Excel.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and collaborative, with the ability to solve complex problems and manage competing priorities.
  • Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs and enjoy a physically active environment.
  • Basic math skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to learn warehouse systems and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inventory inspections, counts, and monthly audits across all production areas.
  • Reconcile physical and system inventory levels and verify finished goods received from manufacturing.
  • Assist with lost SKU investigations and report discrepancies with proper documentation.
  • Support order fulfillment by picking, pulling, and labeling finished goods as needed.
  • Enter and maintain data to ensure compliance with internal policies and state regulations.
  • Prepare weekly compliance reports and support audits with required documentation.
  • Provide training on data collection, auditing procedures, and inventory best practices to maintain data integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory tracking, reporting accuracy, and overall efficiency.
  • Uphold company policies and regulatory standards while participating in continuous process improvement initiatives.

Who You Are:

You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and confident working with data. You ensure accuracy in inventory inputs, audits, and compliance, and you partner closely with the Inventory Manager to identify issues early and support consistent processes across production and warehouse operations.

What You’ll Do:

As an Inventory Coordinator at Curaleaf, you’ll support accurate inventory movement, strong compliance, and seamless operations across production and warehouse teams by:

  • Conducting regular inventory inspections, counts, and monthly audits across all production areas
  • Reconciling physical and system inventory levels and verifying finished goods received from manufacturing
  • Assisting with lost SKU investigations and promptly reporting discrepancies with proper documentation
  • Supporting order fulfillment by picking, pulling, and stickering finished goods as needed
  • Accurately entering and maintaining data to ensure compliance with internal policies and state regulations
  • Preparing weekly compliance reports and supporting departments with audit needs and compliance-related updates
  • Providing training on data collection, auditing procedures, and inventory best practices to maintain data integrity
  • Identifying opportunities to improve inventory tracking, reporting accuracy, and overall operational efficiency
  • Upholding company policies and regulatory standards while participating in continuous process improvement initiatives
What You’ll Bring:
  • 1+ years of experience in data management, inventory auditing, and working with inventory systems or Excel, ideally within distribution, fulfillment, or production/warehouse environments
  • You are highly organized, analytical, and collaborative, with the ability to solve complex problems and manage competing priorities
  • You can safely lift up to 50 lbs. and enjoy working in a physically active environment
  • You have basic math skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • You are reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn warehouse systems and processes
Even Better If:
  • You bring advanced experience working with database and data-warehouse systems, including integrating, extracting, and managing data across multiple platforms
  • You have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar inventory/ERP systems
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time (8-10 hours per shift)
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasional lifting of heavier items with assistance
  • Frequent and repetitive use of hands and wrists for extended periods of time
  • Repetitive bending, squatting, and reaching
  • Ability to climb ladders or step stools to access plants or equipment
  • Ability to use required PPE when required, such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes, and Tyvek suits as necessary
Environmental Conditions
  • Exposure to environments with high humidity, varying temperatures, and strong odors (such as cannabis)
  • Exposure to soil, water, fertilizer, dust, pollen and plant pathogens
  • Exposure to cleaning solvents, such as high volumes of isopropyl alcohol
  • Exposure to loud noises, including but not limited to air compressors, packaging equipment, and alarms
  • Exposure to CO2 manufacturing procedures at OSHA approved CO2 levels
