Qualifications

• Experience with cycle count and inventory management.
• Understanding of supply chain fundamentals is helpful.
• Experience in building materials or related industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability with inventory control systems, shipping/receiving.
• Team-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound and outbound inventory levels and roll out action plans for peaks.
• Coordinate inventory cycle counts per program guidelines and schedule.
• Investigate variances and identify root causes; implement corrective actions.
• Quarterly review item information and align slotting plan accordingly.
• Assist in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound and outbound inventory levels. Roll out action plans to support peaks
• Coordinating inventory cycle count as per program guidelines and schedule
• Investigate inventory variances and identify root causes. Work with the team to implement corrective actions
• Quarterly review item information and align item slotting plan accordingly
• Assist in day to day operations

What We Are Looking For

• Experience with cycle count, inventory management, delivery and shipment coordination
• Understanding of supply chain fundamentals is helpful
• Building Materials, or directly related, industry experience is a plus
• Demonstrated experience with inventory (control) systems, shipping, receiving, practicing good judgment, reliability, and responsibility is necessary for success
• Team-oriented, shows initiative, and able to work with little to no supervision
• Strong sense of drive and prioritization of customer service as a core company value
• AS400 experience preferred but not mandatory
• High School graduate or equivalent
