Richelieu is seeking a Branch Manager to lead warehouse, operations, customer service, and inside sales. You will set budgets, manage staffing, and drive continuous training to meet branch goals.
The role requires strong leadership and a focus on service levels while maintaining regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in leadership within warehouse or logistics settings, proficient in MS Office, and a track record of improving KPI results.

We are currently seeking a Branch Manager to join our team of professionals.
As a vital role charged with the management of both people and processes, the Branch Manager will be responsible for all phases of the branch office, with areas of responsibility including Warehouse, Operations, Customer Service, and Inside Sales. They provide leadership and guidance to a team of employees who are performing a wide variety of tasks. They will be responsible for setting department budgets, managing appropriate staffing, structuring daily priorities, maintaining service levels, managing project schedules, and delivering continuous training and support.
