Position Summary

We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator responsible for the proper storage and accuracy of Spare Parts, Supplies, Equipment, and accessories to support predefined inventory levels. Responsibilities include receiving, filling orders, and managing inventory for the day shift.

What You Will Do as an Inventory Coordinator
  • Process inventory and supplies to fulfill requests and orders.
  • Conduct periodic inventories to maintain stock levels.
  • Perform receiving and inspection of items.
  • Conduct cycle counts as required.
  • Follow inventory control procedures, including lot distributions and sealed bags.
  • Assist in breaking down, repackaging, and labeling received parts.
  • Support ISO compliance and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed

Required:

  • HS diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of work experience, including inventory control.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and confidence.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work overtime and outside normal hours as needed.
