Job description

Quirk Chevrolet is seeking an Inventory Control/Warehouse Specialist. We are looking for someone to manage our parts inventory. You must have a valid driver license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; tracks orders and investigates problems
• Works with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock and ensure timely turnaround for jobs.
• Processes and/or approves invoices for payment.
• Process and document returns as required.
• Ensures parts and accessories are available for resale.
• Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry.
• Performs physical count of inventory and reconciles stock count.
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
