Job summary

ChampionX is hiring an Inventory Controller for the 2nd shift in Broken Arrow, OK. The role covers shipping/receiving, inventory management of parts and finished goods, and ERP data entry to ensure accurate records.

You will perform cycle counts, stage components for assembly, and coordinate with local shops to fulfill critical inventory needs while maintaining safety and accuracy in operations.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• 2 years of relevant inventory experience.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Polite and professional interaction with customers and coworkers.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

What You Will Do:

• Shipping/Receiving function for incoming/outgoing inventory
• Inventory management for individual parts and finished goods inventory
• Inventory transactions in ERP System
• Cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Staging of parts for the assembly operation
• Management and coordination of orders to local machine shops for critical inventory needs
• Material transfers, both physically and in the system
• Arrangements for outgoing shipments to the field operations teams

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School education or equivalent
• ERP System (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• 2 years relevant experience
• Ability to drive a forklift
• Attention to detail
• Interact politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkers
• Effectively present information and respond to questions
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to complete required documentation
• Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively
• Regularly and predictably attend work and be punctual
• Work in excess of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week, as required to meet business needs
• Read, write, and speak English fluently
