Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking an Inventory Clerk in Tampa to support daily/weekly inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure audit compliance. You will coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to meet demand while maintaining park operations costs.

The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Park-based duties include travel between indoor/outdoor work areas and varied shift times.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid Florida state driver's license with ability to obtain company driver's license
• Able to stand for entire shift and move freely around work areas
• Able to work indoors with or without A/C and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to work in environment with Fumes/Dust/Odor
• Able to work in a team environment and independently with little to no supervision
• Able to communicate effectively with ambassadors, guests and leadership
• Able to maintain accuracy with attention to detail while multitasking
• Comfortable learning computer-based programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast paced work environment
• Have a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
• Available to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours; i.e. opening/closing shifts
• Working knowledge and proficiency of SAP applications system preferred
• 1-2 years guest service experience preferred
• Basic math skills required

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily/weekly inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain compliance with audit standards
• Utilize and develop inventory techniques to improve warehouse flows
• Communicate with internal and supplier teams to meet customer demand
• Assist in creating efficiency in warehouse functions
• Effectively coordinate and communicate internal work order system
• Understand General Services and park OPEX performance to maintain department costs
• Enter requisitions for department purchases
