Job summary

Bryan Ashley is seeking a warehouse associate to support loading/unloading, inventory control, and shipping/receiving activities. You will work across departments to ensure accuracy and timely processing of materials and orders.

The role requires attention to detail, reliable communication, and the ability to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies while supporting production and warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general warehouse functions including loading and unloading trailers.

• Cycle counting, scrap, return to vendor.
• Shipping and Receiving—internal and external.
• Picking and issuing material.
• Monthly and year end inventory prep and reporting.
• Slow moving/obsolete inventory disposition.
• Provide support to production and warehouse facilities to resolve discrepancies.

• Miscellaneous transactions
• Monthly and year end inventory prep and reporting
• Slow moving/obsolete inventory disposition
• Plant shipping processes in the WMS system
• Provide support to production and warehouse facilities to resolve discrepancies, address timeliness and accuracy of inventory processes.
• EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
• Oracle ERP knowledge a plus
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
