Job summary

Lineage Logistics in New Jersey is seeking a 2nd shift Inventory Coordinator to ensure accurate stock levels and support the smooth flow of products through the facility. You will manage inventory records, cycle counts, claims, and account administration while coordinating receipt, storage, and shipping activities.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving are essential. You will work with MS Office tools, lift up to 40 lbs, and accommodate a flexible schedule including weekends.

2nd Shift Role

Join a fast-paced operations team where you'll be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting the seamless movement of products throughout the facility. This role oversees inventory tracking, cycle counting, claims management, and account administration, while coordinating product receipt, storage, and shipping activities. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining the supplies and resources needed to keep operations running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records
• Put together data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment
• Look into damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues
• Find product to ensure correct product ID, conduct cycle counts regularly and assist in physical inventories
• Look at stock numbers, pallet IDs, authorized substitutes, and other listed information with catalogs, manuals, product lists, and similar references to verify accuracy of shipping order
• Review files to find unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products
• Operate warehouse material handling equipment to move product while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

What you'll bring

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed

Pay Range:$19.18 - $32.40
