Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations or related field.
• Five or more years in warehousing, supply chain, purchasing or administration.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating with multiple departments.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices and SOX regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and bargaining teams.
• Manage inventory, counting, and data entry in the inventory system.
• Oversee asset records lifecycle and refurbishment.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet customer needs.
• Manage budgets and track expenditures.
• Develop and maintain inventory training certifications.
• Lead labor relations and enforce labor agreements.
