The Inventory Control Supervisor will oversee material movement, packaging, and MIL-Spec shipments, while maintaining accurate inventory in the ERP system and supporting manufacturing and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of related work experience.
• Strong English reading/writing and good communication skills.
• Computer experience and data entry are essential.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and US Citizenship/Green card.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• AS1920 training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to the appropriate locations in a timely manner.
• Control storage and tracking of customer furnished items (UUTs).
• Oversee shipments to critical suppliers and MIL-Spec packaging.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts.
• Operate forklift and assist loading/unloading of trucks.
• Perform barcode scanning and data entry in ERP systems.
• Develop and implement inventory control improvements.
• Ensure safe, organized, and clean stockroom practices.
