Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of related work experience.

• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and US Citizenship/Green card required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• AS1920 training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: train, coach, inventory staff; evaluate performance.
• Stock Control: oversee cycle counts, physical audits, product reconciliation.
• Data Management: track movements in ERP system (Epicor).
• Operations: enforce safety and workflow standards; fix discrepancies.
• Fork lift operations and loading/unloading trucks.
• Monitor inventory levels and trends to ensure availability.
