Trove Brands is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead a team across our 3PL network and ensure accurate inventory records. You will drive cycle counts, reconcile ERP with 3PL systems, and identify process improvements in a fast-paced Lehi, Utah office.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in inventory control or related fields, strong Excel skills, and proven leadership. Join a dynamic, entrepreneurial team at Trove Brands and help maintain product availability for our brands.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in inventory control, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating workflows.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Inventory Control Coordinators.
• Oversee reconciliations between ERP and 3PL warehouse systems.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor inbound shipments, transfers, and receiving activities.
• Oversee cycle counts, audits, and adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and 3PL partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and SOPs.
• Track inventory performance metrics and report risks to leadership.
