Job summary

Chadwell Supply is an established maintenance goods provider with 30 branches nationwide, seeking an enthusiastic Inventory Coordinator to join our Olive Branch team. You will perform daily cycle counting, process returns, and help maintain accurate inventory records while upholding safety standards.

The role requires physical fitness to lift 60+ pounds, forklift operation experience, and a dependable, detail-oriented approach within a full-time weekday schedule with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Physically able to lift 60+ pounds and stand for long periods.
• Experience operating sit-down and standing forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily safety checks and report unsafe conditions.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and handle returns.
• Process cycle count paperwork and relay issues to Lead Inventory Control Coordinator.
• Assist with loading/unloading deliveries per procedures.
• Record, process, and restock customer-returned products.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and attend weekly safety meetings.

Overview Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 30 Branches Nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Inventory Coordinator.

What you will need

• You must be 18years or older.
• You must be in good physical condition and capable of lifting in excess of 60 pounds, standing for extended periods of time, able to climb steps and ladders, capable of bending, stooping, and carrying products up steps, stairs, and down ramps and walkways.
• You must have previous experience operating warehouse equipment including sit-down forklifts, standing forklifts, and standing order selectors.

How you will make an impact

• Performs a daily inspection of all warehouse product aisles and areas and provides written notification of any unsafe conditions to the Lead Inventory Control Coordinator.
• Performs and completes daily cycle counting, processes customer returns and vendor returns, and all other duties as assigned by management or Lead Inventory Control Coordinator.
• Performs and submits, as directed, all daily cycle count paperwork and relays specific count or product issues to Lead Inventory Control Coordinator via cycle count documents.
• Inventory Control personnel will generously assist in loading and unloading goods onto or off of delivery vehicles as required and according to Chadwell Supply operating procedures.
• Records, processes, and restocks all customer-returned products returned by Chadwell delivery drivers.
• Maintains a clean and safe warehouse and dock area and attends weekly safety meetings with other personnel.
