Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management.
- APICS CPIM certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of traffic coordination.

YOUR TASKS- Overseeing inventory management activities, including the coordination of shipping, receiving, and traffic management.
- Work closely with all departments to coordinate inventory-related tasks and maintain order accuracy.
- Monitoring and evaluating employee performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback.
- Develop and maintain cycle count and inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Document, update, and ensure adherence to inventory procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain appropriate levels of inventory supplies and equipment for operational efficiency.
- Update and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS), Kronos, and relevant metrics in Excel.
- Conduct variance investigations and complete audit documentation to ensure inventory accuracy.
YOUR PROFILE- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management environment.
- APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification preferred.
- Proficiency with SAP, WMS, and other warehouse management systems.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and Windows operating systems.
- Excellent mathematical skills for inventory analysis and management.
- Knowledge of traffic coordination and experience managing large volumes of orders.
- Experience with Cherry Picker/Reach Truck operation.
