Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Receiver / Inventory Control Clerk (ICC) to manage Direct Store Delivery (DSD) operations, ensure accurate receiving and stocking, and support inventory integrity.

You’ll walk the store daily, scan items, and work with order writers, night crew, merchandisers, and clerks to resolve stock issues. You will regularly coordinate with the Store Director on inventory accuracy and promotional execution, while monitoring donations and maintaining a clean, secure

Qualifications

• Experience with receiving, tracking, and reconciling inventory in retail or grocery.
• Basic computer skills including email and Excel.
• Ability to monitor damaged, expired, or salvageable merchandise for returns.
• Maintain backroom cleanliness, security, and order.
• Strong communication with vendors, drivers, and store staff.

You’ll also communicate regularly with the Store Director to support inventory accuracy and promotional execution.
