Responsibilities

• Receiving and Inventory Specialists are responsible for shipment processing, customer fulfillments, and inventory management.
• This position assists the store management team in sales objectives, customer service, daily operations, and merchandise presentation to achieve store goals.
• Supports efficient business operations, provides clear direction to team members, and communicates updates to store management as needed.
• Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction, promptly respond to inquiries, and manage the end-to-end customer order process, including online picking, packing, and shipping.
• Merchandising: Maintain company standards for presentation, receive inbound shipments, and ensure proper floor placement.
• Financials: Manage inventory control, shipping supplies, stock replenishment, and transfers.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, talking, hearing, using hands, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Perform inventory cycle counts per SAP standards, improve inventory levels, and reduce logistics costs.
• Manage intra-company material transfers, partner with stakeholders, and oversee SLOB inventory activities.
• Perform inventory adjustments in SAP and third-party portals, ensure receipt accuracy, and communicate with plants on variances.
• Oversee and direct 3PL warehouse activities related to quality, rework, and disposition.
• Assist with projects and other duties as assigned.
• Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and experience with SAP (MRP).
