Job summary

Chadwell Supply in Tolleson, AZ is seeking an energetic Inventory Coordinator to join our warehouse team. You will manage daily stock, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with drivers to ensure accurate deliveries.

The role offers a full-time schedule Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to finish, with overtime opportunities and a guaranteed 40 hours per week. Compensation ranges from $19.70 to $21.40 per hour plus quarterly bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• You must be 21 years or older.
• Capable of lifting over 60 pounds and standing for long periods.
• Experience operating sit-down forklifts, standing forklifts, and standing order selectors.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse inspections and report unsafe conditions to Lead Inventory Control Coordinator.
• Perform daily cycle counting and process returns.
• Submit cycle count paperwork and communicate issues to Lead Inventory Control Coordinator.
• Assist loading/unloading goods onto or off delivery vehicles as required.
• Record and restock returned products.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and attend weekly safety meetings.
