Job summary

Chadwell Supply is hiring a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our growing team. This full-time role offers a 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift, guaranteed 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities and no weekends.

You’ll be responsible for daily cycle counts, safety checks, returns processing, and supporting loading/unloading activities. We provide medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401K, PTO, an employee discount, and long-term career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• In good physical condition and able to lift over 60 pounds.
• Able to stand for extended periods and climb stairs and ladders.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection of warehouse product aisles and report unsafe conditions.
• Complete daily cycle counting and process customer and vendor returns.
• Submit daily cycle count paperwork and relay count issues to Lead Inventory Control Coordinator.
• Assist loading and unloading goods with Chadwell delivery drivers as needed.
• Record and restock returned products promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and attend weekly safety meetings.
