Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse or receiving experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
• Inspect products for damage and verify quantity.
• Record data into inventory systems or ERP.
• Tag and label products for inventory tracking.
• Communicate discrepancies with vendors and purchasing.
• Maintain organized receipts and documentation.
• Assist in storing materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment safely (if certified).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and regulations.
