American manufacturing will always be a pillar of our brand, and we proudly transform all our suppressors in Millcreek, Utah. Our team of enthusiastic and knowledgeable professionals is looking for an Inventory Control Specialist / Swing Shift to become an integral part of our operations.

Job Description: We are seeking a resolute and detail-oriented Inventory/Receiving individual to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately managing inventory and receiving processes while ensuring the highest level of organization and efficiency. This role requires a diligent worker who is a fast learner, adaptable to changing environments, and capable of training in various inventory systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming inventory to ensure accuracy and quality.
  2. Organization: Maintain a clean and organized storage area, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and stored. Using AQL level inspection tools, navigating ERP SAP Business One, and LISA WMS systems. Maintaining compliance procedures related to the firearms industry.
  3. Data Entry: Accurately input inventory data into the system and assist in maintaining exact inventory records.
  4. Attention to Detail: Conduct daily audits to verify inventory levels and assist in identifying discrepancies.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to coordinate inventory flow and resolve any issues.
  6. Adaptability: Respond to changing priorities and assist with additional tasks as needed.
  7. Training and Development: Be open to training on new processes and technologies related to inventory management.
Qualifications:
  • Previous receiving experience preferred. Proficiency in Excel and Word suite.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Adaptive learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Dependable, hard-working, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. as needed.
  • Comfortably stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
Position:
  • Full-time in office role, Millcreek, UT
  • $21 per hour plus an additional $1.00 per hour differential
  • 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
