Responsibilities

• Maintain records of materials in inventory and on order.
• Monitor reorder points and replenish stock as needed.
• Reconcile discrepancies in inventories and notify supervisor.
• Perform counts and ensure inventory reported per policy.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
• Investigate and correct discrepancies in quantities and locations.
• Assess inventory output to identify productivity trends.
• Coordinate with customer service and logistics.
• Manage cycle counts of product inventories.
• Check date-sensitive products for expiration and remove/transfer as needed.
• File claims when defective products are discovered.
• Establish trusted supplier relationships for quality service.
• Comply with plant safety procedures.
• Account for time and work via online data collection system.
