Microtech Knives in Fletcher, NC is looking for an Inventory Coordinator to support the Inventory Control Lead. You will verify receipts, maintain accurate counts, and ensure proper storage and distribution to keep production running smoothly.

You will work closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams, using our inventory management system to track inflows and outflows, pull components for production, and communicate stock status to help optimize purchasing decisions.

• Experience in inventory, stock room, or a similar role.

Mansioni

• Verify receipt of items, proper count, storage, kitting, and distribution of inventory.
• Assist inventory control throughout the organization.
• Ensure all items are properly received and stored.
• Pull component parts to meet production demands efficiently.
• Update stock inflow and outflow with management.
• Provide inventory information to Supply Chain for ordering decisions.
• Review inventory balance and count stock.
• Investigate inventory system issues and implement improvements.
• Monitor and expedite orders to meet manufacturing demands while supporting Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives.
• Verify receipt of items against packing list.
• Keep information organized by sorting and filing documents.
• Pull Finished Goods inventory and prepare for shipment.
• Operate within an inventory management system.
