Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED plus one year of related experience, or equivalent.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Ability to read and communicate verbally and in writing.
• Working knowledge of material acquisition and inventory processes.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to compose effective and efficient reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Compile data from records, shipping/receiving documents, requisitions, contracts and reports.
• Perform cycle counts per schedule and verify accuracy.
• Research variances and correct quantities in the system.
• Assign SKU numbers and maintain SKU files.
• Create and review reports for management and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety meetings.
• Other duties may be assigned.
