Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with inventory systems and data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Audit incoming shipments to ensure quantity and accuracy.
• Verify proper receiving, stocking, and bin locations.
• Process inventory adjustments with appropriate documentation and approvals.
• Monitor and maintain inventory integrity within the dealership management system.
• Assist with annual physical inventory counts.
• Review and process vendor returns, warranty returns, and obsolete inventory.
• Coordinate inventory transfers between Vanguard Truck Center locations as needed.
