Job summary

NFI Parts in Louisville, KY is seeking an Inventory Warehouse Associate to accurately count, verify, and recount inventory, research discrepancies, and, on low-dollar issues, transact the inventory in Oracle.

You will perform daily ABC cycle counts, backorder and location sweep counts, investigate and resolve stock issues, re-identify materials, and ensure accurate adjustments. Safety rules must be followed and operation of reach trucks and cherry pickers certified.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years Warehouse/Distribution or Inventory Control experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent mathematical and measurement comprehension skills.
• Ability to perform accurate calculations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with Oracle software preferred.
• Good problem solving and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate daily ABC inventory cycle counts as required.
• Perform accurate inventory backorder cycle counts and research discrepancies.
• Perform location sweep counts.
• Conduct research on parts and designated locations.
• Investigate/verify internal and external claims and stock corrections.
• Assist with identify return to stock put away items.
• Accurately transact inventory adjustments in Oracle as needed.
• Re-identification of materials as required.
• Correct inventory issues during cycle counts/sweeps.
• Operate material handling equipment including reach truck and cherry picker.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
