Job summary

American Textile is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to verify and maintain inventory accuracy at the Duquesne warehouse. You will conduct daily cycle counts of finished goods, components, and raw materials, and prepare corresponding reports.

You will investigate variances, support corrective actions, and participate in monthly management reviews. Responsibilities include audits of outbound shipments and assisting with periodic physical inventories as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write.
• Basic computer skills, knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to use AS400, Logimax, scanners.
• Occasional travel.
• Certified to operate forklifts, scissor lifts and stand up lifts.
• All other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Cycle count daily for finished goods, components and raw materials; prepare reports.
• Investigate variances and support corrective actions; report to upper management.
• Audit outbound shipments and coordinate inventory with other ATC facilities.
• Assist with physical inventories as required.
• Prepare inventory accuracy reports for departments and monthly COGS meetings.
