Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with at least 2 years of related work experience.
• 2 years of database entry experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
• Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience with CostPoint and Cognos is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Security and Safety policies.
• Perform tasks in accordance with property, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain neat and orderly work and storage areas.
• Coordinate material status information to designated personnel; place parts in on-hand inventory.
• Load/unload inventory using hand trucks, forklifts, or other handling equipment.
• Ensure Material Tracking Documents (MTD) are completed and signed.
• Maintain inventory records: locations, lot identification, and shelf life.
• Process items per the MTD protocol and transfer parts as needed.
• Work with production control and program teams to maintain inventory levels.
• Deliver materials to production and manufacturing areas and verify counts.
