Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years’ related experience in inventory or similar role.
• Demonstrated trouble shooting ability, good attendance and safety record.
• Self-motivated with integrity and urgency; prioritize tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Identify and count bin locations in racks using SAP; verify transactions.
• Perform cycle counts and correct variances in SAP.
• Investigate adjustments and suggest process improvements.
• Process sample requests and hold/non-conformance items per SOPs.
• Support external inventory audits and ensure accuracy in records.
• Coordinate shipping and prepare invoices and customs docs in SAP/UPS.
• Travel between Mazeppa and nearby DCs as needed (less than 10 miles).
