Job summary

Chadwell Supply is seeking an enthusiastic Inventory Coordinator to join our growing team at our Knightdale, NC location. The role focuses on accurate cycle counting, returns processing, and maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates will have forklift experience, the ability to lift 60+ pounds, and a track record of reliable, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced setting. Full-time hours are Monday–Friday, with overtime opportunities and no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Capable of lifting in excess of 60 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment including sit-down forklifts, standing forklifts, and standing order selectors.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection of warehouse aisles and report unsafe conditions.
• Complete daily cycle counts and process customer and vendor returns.
• Submit daily cycle count paperwork and communicate issues to Lead Inventory Control Coordinator.
• Assist in loading/unloading goods as required.
• Record, process, and restock customer returns.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and attend weekly safety meetings.
