Job summary

Chadwell Supply is seeking an enthusiastic Inventory Coordinator to join our Tampa Bay team. This on-site role requires the ability to lift over 60 pounds, operate sit-down and standing forklifts, and perform daily cycle counts and returns processing.

You will handle data entry in MS Office and support loading/unloading tasks as needed. We offer a full-time schedule (6 AM - finish, Monday-Friday) with paid holidays, health benefits, 401K, and paid time off accrual.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must be in good physical condition and capable of lifting in excess of 60 pounds, standing for extended periods, able to climb steps and ladders, and carry products up steps, ramps and walkways.
• You must have experience operating warehouse equipment including sit-down forklifts, standing forklifts, and standing order selectors.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of warehouse aisles and report unsafe conditions to Lead Inventory Control Coordinator.
• Complete daily cycle counting and process customer and vendor returns as assigned.
• Submit daily cycle count paperwork and communicate specific count or product issues to Lead Inventory Control Coordinator.
• Assist in loading/unloading goods onto/off delivery vehicles as required.
• Record, process, and restock customer returned products.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and attend weekly safety meetings.
• Utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data entry and documentation.
