Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in Orlando seeks Ambassadors to manage the flow of food and sundry items between the warehouse and park locations. You will authorize orders, process receipts, balance stock, and perform cycle counts in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication, basic math, and a team mindset are essential for success. This role emphasizes reliability for opening/closing shifts, operating in varied weather, and using SAP and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to stand for the entire shift and move around work areas.
• Valid state driver’s license with ability to obtain company license.
• Able to work indoors with/without A/C and outdoors in all weather.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills required.
• Comfortable with learning computer-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, secure, timely flow of items between warehouse and cart locations at SeaWorld Orlando.
• Authorize and confirm product orders (pick tickets).
• Process receiving orders.
• Balance and maintain stock.
• Complete cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Process basic warehouse transactions using a WMS.
