Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a warehouse inventory associate in Abilene, TX. You will manage the full inventory lifecycle, from requisitioning to delivery, while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 12 months of warehouse experience, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• 12 months of general warehouse or similar experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; some license restrictions may apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete life cycle of inventory including requisitioning, receiving, storing, stock chasing, disbursing, transferring, exchanging, shipping and delivery.
• Maintain inventory control, resolve discrepancies, and inspect items per regulations and safety standards.
• Count physical inventory and check minimums/maximums; inspect items for defects or wear.
• Sort and store serviceable/non-serviceable items; perform lifting and packing tasks.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping regulations are followed; report repair needs and data on stock to company personnel.
